Dudh Gobi / Milky Cauliflower Curry

A creamy kinda coated cauliflower curry.. now, the creamy coating is because of the milk. This is a recipe of my own.. I never had a knowledge of such flavor too. I just had a cauliflower and nothing else to prepare curry today and so had to put up some creativity.. It came out tasty as well and so, here goes the recipe with no fear :)

Ingredients:
2 cups Cauliflower/Phool Gobi florets
1 cup Milk(Boiled)
1 cup Tomato chopped
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
1 tbsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 cup Green Peas
Coriander leaves
1 tsp Shahjeera or Jeera
2 tbsp Corn flour
Salt to taste

Directions:

1. Heat oil in a pan, add shahjeera or jeera and let it splutter. Add Ginger Garlic paste and fry for a min.
2. Add peas, tomato, cauliflower florets and salt.. Mix well and close the lid. Cook them for 5-10 min on a medium flame. Stir them once a while in between.
3. Add milk and cook for at-least 2 min. Add chilli powder, 1 tbsp Garam masala(optional). Mix them once and sprinkle corn flour. Mix evenly for a min and end it with coriander leaves topping.
4. Serve hot with Rice/Roti.
